What to Expect During Your Visits
When you arrive for acupuncture, you’ll complete a brief paperwork process before Dr. Chang escorts you to a treatment room. He’ll discuss your health concerns, answer any questions, and perform any necessary examinations.
The treatment itself involves placing thin needles at specific points related to your condition, after which you’ll rest comfortably for about 30 minutes. New patient appointments typically last about an hour, while follow-up visits are usually around 45 minutes.
